The SABS Acid Resistant & Flame Retardant Pants is a highly protective workwear pants designed to protect those working in high-risk acid and flame-orientated environments. Made from 100% cotton twill, the pants have been treated with a chemical that resists the corrosive effects of acids and alkalis and well as a flame retardant for protection against fire hazards. The pants are also breathable and hypoallergenic, making it a safe and comfortable option for those with allergies. Features include an elasticated back waist, five belt loops, two slanted front pockets, a back pocket, a ruler pocket on the right leg, triple stitching and bar tacks on all pressure points, and a 50mm silver flame retardant reflective strip around each leg for added visibility in the night or poorly lit working conditions. Available in navy. Manufactured in a SADC region. SABS approved. Comes pre-branded with a flame retardant and acid-resistant logo embroidered on the garment and a SABS watermark on the reverse side of the fabric.
